I See Miracles Everywhere
Anna: Intentions (Mercury KX/digital outlets)

Brazilian-born Lisbon-based DJ electronica producer Anna's debut album Intentions is a gloriously warm collection of shimmering ambience which features the longtime Elsewhere favourite Laraaji on the spacious, seven minute Receiving.

As with Laraaji, Anna's ethereal and layered electronica has something of a spiritual aspect, a kind of meditative situation created for transformative thought and relaxation.

Her work goes beyond simply creating soundscapes on synths, piano, flutes etc but bears all the hallmarks of an emerging composer who is already being invited to do remixes, being remixed and has had her appearing at Coachella.

Seven seductive pieces over 48 minutes which invite deep immersion.

Quite a discovery.
